staffing priorities
I would admire a system of HR Planning.
Especially a tool in which I can set priorities to certain industries would be helpful. Its more important to have all food and water industries staffed before you need staff in other industries.

I second that... it gets sooooo tedious having to deactivate everything else and then wait for them to fill those jobs first before activate other buildings....
you can do that by setting higher wages for the different jobs. check under consulate/capitol, labor management and then you see it.

hm... and since water/food production jobs are the lowest paid ones probably, no wonder I have to deactivate everything else first before a fire drill....
I set all to 10 dollar, and they are filling their jobs really fast
