Idea: commonwealth take over
Normally if your a part of a commonwealth and you dont like it, you can either be annexed or declare independence, but what if there was another way. My idea is to give subordinate colonies the ability to take controll of a commonwealth in a coup, with the ringleader becoming the new master colony. When a coup is initiated each subordinate colony involved has to pay at least 1 coin (They also have to choose a leader). Then the master colony has a chance to spend money to resist the coup. If the master colony pays more money than the subcolonies they win, if not, they are overthrown.
