i have 200k colonist and 170k jobs.
now there are only 113k filled.
How does this come?

Reason for jobs not filling:
Reason for jobs not filling:
- Work place - House to far away: keep max 50 tiles
- IQ problem: some workplace require min IQ, you need to use only high IQ school, don't mix different schools.
it's also with jobs next to a house,now sometimes there are more jobs filled and couple minutes later there are 3000 less jobs filled

Can you describe the colony/city? or better, you have ADU activated?
You know how activate the heatmap?
