Ice Planet: Thawing effects while terraforming
I think it would be a good idea to show thawing effects on the ground as ice planet is terraformed. Most other planets show changes to the ground at each stage of terraforming, and I feel like it would look nicer.
Also, while I'm at it, frozen rivers would look nice on zero atmosphere planets like ice, lunar, and red. Having them melt at 5 million atmosphere would give a nice effect.

It is indeed a very good idea to have, to make the game more realistic.
In addition, I would like to see ice puddles melt into small ponds too (outlook change, does not affect remaining harvestable water contents)
