Fuel and shipping? (Idea)

Hello guys!

A little concept.

As the game sets in the time before United Earth, I guess the traditional export method using jet propelled spacecrafts is still utilized.
If then, fuel is definitely needed for launching goods back to Earth.

So speaking of fuels, what kind of fuels we might have?
At early stage, fuel supplies heavily relies on combustibles like hydrogen and processed petrol, these kind of fuels would be collectively called Combustible Fuels (cf). Often engines based on these fuels also requires oxygen, which oxygen are also needed by colonists.
Later with better technology, there will be more powerful fuel source - Nuclear Fuels. Including Uranium and Helium-3, for powering larger cargo ships. Nuclear engines are more efficient but also more expensive.

Where we can obtain these fuels?
Combustible fuels can be obtained from water electrolysers, electrolytic oxygen plant, natural gas pump (available on some planets, maybe?), petrol refinery, and biofuel refinery.
Uranium can be obtained from, primarily mining, and later uranium enrichment.
Helium-3 can be obtained from regolith refinery.

Relationship between shipping and fuels?
Depending on what season your planet is at, the distance between your colony and Earth varies slightly, and such distance will affect fuel cost for running a export launch - longer the distance, more fuel required.
Fuel required to launch export also depends on amount of resource loaded onto the vessel. Every 100 unit of resource (rounded down, but not less or equal to 0) will add extra fuel cost of an export shipment, slightly.
