Does Anyone Have A Type I Civilization?

Now, does anybody has a Type II colony? NOTE: These are colonies that can harness 4,294,967,296 power, surpassing even the 32-bit limit! It even is enough to shock an entire colony up if it is a single city!

Well, Terra Nova does have around 300 ish million power. I am working on creating more to fuel my nanite and weapons industries. I also have around 4 million bandwidth. Hope that might be relevant.
