Upgrading buildings with Money and Research for end game uses of Research
Since using Research in a Research Converter hasn't gotten consensus, I was thinking about how buildings could have certain options that can change certain stats to them. For example, a housing building could be have an upgrade that could allow it to have its own Security stat at the cost of the initial investment and whatever additional upkeep would be required. This wouldn't have to be limited to one type of building, but could have uses across the building types as well.
