Desktop client stuck on loading screen

I just updated my desktop version of my-colony from 0.46 to 0.47. Since then I am unable to open the client, as it is stuck on loadin screen for hours.

Also it corrupted my .mcb and .mcz files of Ice World.

Any help? or suggestions?
