My EZRegister Premium purchase.
Last month I purchased a Premium version of EZ Register on the Microsoft App store. Yesterday I had to reinstall software because of an unrelated issue. Is there a way to get the app upgraded? I still have the confirmation of my purchase and order number. Thanks very much.
Hey @rskbloomfield your premium license is tied in to your account. All you need to do is sign in to the app using the same credentials you used here on the forum and your premium will unlock.

Thank you for your reply. When I attempt to sign in I get a message that there is no account associated with my email address. Even though that is the email address to which my receipt for payment for the premium service was sent. I expect I'll just cough up another $2.00!
Well when you sign in, do not type in your email address, use the username you used to sign in here on the forum with (rskbloomfield)

Sorry to be a pest on this but I figure you'd like to know that I still can't get my upgrade. When I try to sign in from the EZ Register I get a message that the username or password are incorrect. I ask to reset the password and I get a reset link in my gmail inbox. I create a new password but the same thing happens. I've tried this three times. BTW the username password combination always works fine for opening the forum and posting messages (like this).
Hey @rskbloomfield can you see if you have an ad blocker running perhaps? I know other users have had issues with ad blockers preventing the EZ Register app from contacting the accounts server.
