Merging one's own settlements
If one owns two or more settlements, but one has a higher settlement level and is touching a lower level settlement, I believe that there should be a way to merge the two settlements down into one. This would help a lot as one is expanding multiple settlements concurrently, but land conflicts can exist between them.
