Game won't recognize that I'm independent
I got annexed by another colony but the game still says I'm part of the united earth. is there any way to fix this?
You aren't independented when getting annexed by another colony (you have to buy it for 250 k civics at a specific government building) but you're now part of the other commonwealth (that it says otherwise is just an error in the text script)
You can fix it by:
>going actual independented
>create a new colony
>spam asking bastecklein for fixing it
