I understand why you did what you did, but really; max resource sell 50k, massive (99%) windfall tax. All you're doing is driving people to send gifts and stop using the GBT all together. Although I do have to thank you; these almost game-breaking updates will drive more people to the Federations for trading.

windfall tax should be stopped
The 50k cap will be removed soon but there will still be a cap in place and it will depend on your storage limit for that resource.
