Save File is not really saved!!!!
I save the file multiple times in a row and then if i close the program and reopen it, i lose tons of resources....ie, i made a trade on the galatic board for 50mil $ for 100,000 alien artifacts. I used some, and then saved and restarted and the stuff i built was still there but instead of having 94,000 alien artifacts left, i have 600.....WTF
Something similar is happening to me. Apparently @bastecklein is on vacation or something, didn't post anything the last 5 days. So don't expect this issue to resolved any time soon. Or ever.

auto save has never saved best advice is do a hard back up . and or save befor exit .
aslo a bug that deletes resources once you save and exit is still there .
you can watch as you go into the colony as resources are deleted .
seams to be semi random colony size has little impact on the bug.
But after having it happen a few times on my new main once i finished and now just run it the bug does not show up .
