White Screen Problem

Hello, So I have a problem on the game. After launching the game from steam. The game however is just White. I gave it an hour if it does something. Sadly it doesn't. Any advice for it to work? I already tried clearing the files from the %appdata% if something happens, and it's still the same.

The game was gifted to me btw. Also if the game doesn't work. I'm willing to transfer the premium to my other account named "Zro". I can send screenshots for proof if possible.
