Ape Apps

So I just made an account so I could have an online save and as soon as I signed in then made my colony online, some features are missing. The bar on the upper left that you can find idle bots and stuff is gone and it just has the settings gear along with an lb above it which I presume is a shortcut. Then when I try to build stuff it shows the keyboard shortcuts which make it hard to place anything since I'm playing on a galaxy s8+ not a computer... any ideas how to get the keyboard shortcuts to go away and get my menu back?

Strange, your game got switched to the gamepad interface, it thinks you are playing on a TV. haven't heard of it doing that before. Does closing way out of the game and reopening it change anything>?
