Be aware you will be able to bring atmosphere down to 5 million before you lose any buildings.
But Bast one poster is correct if they get sick at 15 million and you lose the alien condenser if you fall below 15 million that will cause a problem .
So once we have the alien condenser its the one building that should not be lost Unless you go below 5 million .
Or just set the sickness to start at 16 million .
I have been lowering mine for a couple weeks down to 11 million .

Just because It is possible . ((( NOTE alien condensers prosses atmosphere even when they dont need to produce water .) Alest it sure looks that way I am drooping at 7 k going by stats resource counter .

You would only lose the ability to construct the building. Buildings you already have will stay.
