It would be nice if we could move the resource display to the side like the structures bar, but to the left. That way the thing can stop randomly expanding by one line every time a resource goes over a specific amount, not to mention things can stop moving around all the time and be easier to find. I'm on the web client, of course.

I'm trying to decide whether this is amazing or more trouble than it's worth... Because although he makes a good point that the constant moving of all the resources make it hard to see where they are. Your wood just got to 100,000 and pushes your other resources to the line below without you realising it so you have to find it again. Although that scenario is annoying, I feel like having all the resources visible at all times is easier to find stuff than having to manually scroll through a smaller sidebar. Perhaps have the resources at the top allow for the space of a set number of digits, like enough digits for a particular resource to get to a billion. Late game a billion ore on a mars map is fairly easy to get but a billion of other stuff is hard to get. Perhaps allow room for a certain number of digits depending on which resource it is. Over time you could get 10 billion ore but getting millions of high end resources is hard. This way the resources don't move if they gain an extra digit because it already allows for more digits in the space it occupies.
