So, I've started a new game. I used my research to get Colonial civics. It unlocks the civic center (and a few more, I believe,) and I didn't get it. I'm connected to the internet, but I don't get the buildings. I saved, then reloaded, and still nothing. Any info on this?

have you checked if you have at least 1 unit of each resource required to build the building? the building wont show up unless you have all the resources
