Cash disappears
PLEASE HELP!
Nearly everytime I start my game and collect money from selling goods it crashes and when I reload the cash I collected is gone and not available to collect again...
This time I lost 8million!
Also the goods I've sold do not come back either.
Seems to be anything I collect vanishes including wages support
Been happening for over a month now 😩
I play daily so game is always fully up to date on Android and device is huawei p smart
I've been playing since this game launched and my online games vanished a few months back so I had to start all over again and am about to give up for good... I don't want to... Please fix

Lost 10 million cash this time.
I'm gonna quit playing if this keeps up.
Its impossible to build up cash to build large cash generating buildings with this going on... Very very very frustrating (using my polite words)

Does it crash as in the entire app crashes and gets a Force Close message?

after I hit wait a few times when app not responding message pops up, it eventually just closes or goes back to title menu
When I reopen all "gifts" that I collected have gone (cash and resources) and resources do not come back either :(

I'm not very technically adept at computery stuff lol
If there is anything else I can tell you let me know... I have 3 games on the go and it happens mostly in one. Its the one with over 10k citizens

@tazeuropa as far as I can tell, it is getting stuck in an endless loop when you hit the "collect all" button. I can't see how that would be happening, but I made a change for the upcoming v0.80.0 that should prevent it.

I've tried again every couple of days just incase...
I still had an old game that was usable but the time lag for any cash transactions and building is again unreasonable for gameplay.
On that map I have less that 2k population and few vehicles so that cannot be a factor. When playing I make sure no other apps are running in background etc.
From reading about many other people's problems with android mobile devices since December I'm guessing something happened during an upgrade 😩
I don't have a computer so I guess I'll just give up?
