Building Up, Not Out; Freezin' in the Summer

Hey guys!! DolphinPride138 is back!!!!! To mark my return, I have not one, but TWO new ideas!!

Building Up, Not Out
1. Office Building
A building that can be grown upwards, so you aren't constantly growing outwards. A lot of today's cities and buildings are growing up instead of out. So why aren't the colonies' cities and buildings growing out?
Needs:
70 power
3x3 size
-8500 ore
-5000 steel
-3000 gold
-1250 microchips
^Builds foundation and first floor

Each additional floor needs:
-5000 ore
-2500 steel
-1000 gold
-500 microchips

When you build another floor, it can be:
●Residential - 200 housing
●Economical - (happiness x 10) cash, 10K ticks [ex. Happiness 87%, you get 870 cash]
●Government - 10 cash > 1000 civics, 100K ticks
●Storage - 1K storage for ore, steel, and gold

2. Compact Freezer Warehouse
A building for compactly freezing food for storage.
Needs:
70 power
4x4 size
-2500 ore
-15K steel
-2000 gold
-1000 microchips
-10K aluminum

Stores:
50K food
20K fish

Tell me your thoughts! I am open to making changes as needed!

buildings are already up-gradable
the 26 house can upgrade to the high rise 1100 house .
even though the idea of adding floors sounds neat the way the game is programmed every time you addded a floor the building would rebuild .

I understand your point Colbya, but with the "building up" my idea was to try and find a way to add to the building without completely rebuilding it.
