Small UI tweak : maxed resources display on summary bar
Hi,
I like to toggle the resources view where only consumed resources are shown (this one :)
I have enough water and food production, however, as the numbers are capped to the max storage, sometimes the water and food are shown as consumed even though it never goes less than 667M.
To patch this I just propose making the resource appear on that view only if it is consumed and is less than 95% of the max storage.
Also, for Trash, it should show it only if it's produced rather than consumed (since it's better to have less trash) :

Agreed, this view in the resources bar is not very useful.
I like the consummation / under % storage idea, and of course the trash. And.. i will love to see atmosphere all the time, and resource close to the storage cap.
Staying on the subject, changing the number color based on the storage value can be a nice touch, like orange with storage full (because red is already used), and an other color if under 5%.
