What would happen if you build a Subterranean Housing Module or Arcology and attendant support buildings, wait for it all to fill up and then wall it off from the rest of the planet then activate a fire drill?
Would the residents in the housing be able to move to other housing?
Would colonists from outside the wall be able to settle into the housing?
Would workers from outside the wall be able to get work within the walls?
Would colonists inside the wall be able to choose jobs outside the wall?
Yes, this stems from the frustration of building a Subterranean Housing Module and nearby job opportunities (within 20 squares) only to see that the colonist chooses to work at a place over 30 squares away.
