For some reason, half of the colonies appear as offlines, even the CW ones

Half of the colonies appear as offline colonies, even my CommonWealth colonies, and I CANT gift stuff to them, however I for some reason can send gifts to other colonies, INCLUDING actually offline colonies. :/

I have an online colony (ZeDucky) and on the regions I cant send gifts to most colonies, btw if you have discord mine is #Ducktor #1150, use that because there I can actually send images
