Settlement Colors on Buildings, Despite Having Them Turned Off.

Imma ditto what I posted on the Discord Server: Settlement colors are on the buildings on Terra Divitiae, plus all my other worlds, despite me having them turned off. This bug is eating my frames for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I would really appreciate this being fixed, as I have tens of thousands of buildings that could use settlement colors, and having them use settlement colors is eating up my framerate.
The Spice must flow.
