First grammarium bug?
When I made my first grammarium it takes up 1 pop, but doesn't produce research and the building is not animated. Additional grammariums work as intended.

Sometime Grammaticus take a lot of time to start production, if The building have not animation is because the grammaticus are not at work in this moment, when at work you will see the little animated man. The upgrade in Scholae Magister are not animated (at the moment, we will see x the futur)
This is a bug, not unique to the gramarium. It seems to be pretty random which buildings are effected but one out of a group will just not produce
