Something to do with Research
Hey, I have researched all the techs and have seven hundred million research points. I'm sure others have loooads more. Could we have some way of using these research points? I;m not really sure what form that could take but I'd like to have something to use them for.
Perhaps you could spend some number (50 million? 100 million?) for a *temporary* resource production boost (like +10%?)?

Or may be
- increase vehicles work rate
- increase production of some buildings but not temporary like you said (may be same type or just one), thinking mostly of food/water /electricity buildings here
(for a much higher price than millions may be billions :p)
And im not talking about any numbers in that increase ^^ could be discussed later
