I'll be honest because I want to see this game succeed and such but regulating with such a heavily hand will drop all your expericed players. I'm just adding some friendly advice but regulating too much will kill the gam. I'll be sticking with it to see what comes but updates like these will kill it for the future. Also just to add kinda need some more quantum storage.

Sorry but I dont know in what world you live but if someone wants to do this , you wont change much by doing this (kinda reminds of something similar in France)
