Idea: New Layer Of Building
This has to do with my Space Arcology idea.
Basically, all the buildings we have so far stand on the ground. IRL, some things hover over the ground, for example, planes, satelitles, etc.
We can build a layer above the ground.

it is a good idea but My colony can't support multipe type of ground(it is what have say Bast)
but if he work on and later it is possible yes and give some link because a lot of pepole got similarie idea:
