How to Get More Civilitas?
Hi,
I have a prospering and growing city but it's very hard to become independent, I produce hardly any civilitas at all and it costs about 70.000 (varies) to become independent. I tried building a lot of temples, tabernae medicae etc. I have 425 citizens who are relatively rich and a big city but nothing helps, I don't make enough civilitas, can someone tell me how to improve my production on a way that doesn't include filling my world with another 20 temples of Mars?
