So today, when I wanted to check my colony, I got greeted by this pleasant message:

Backup is the same. Further investigation reveals:

That is both for the normal save and the backup. Dang.

Is there any possible way to fix this? I put a lot of time and heart into that save. Device is a Samsung A5 2017, and version is 0.54.1.

I have same exact problem but on:
Google Pixel
v0.56.0

Same problem here. Spent months on this file. I got a phone call while playing and was unable to open it again. Galaxy S8.

Any joy finding a fix?

This is a drawback of a beta game with a single developer. As much as Bast tries to get to this section, it has to be draining both in time and energy to help fix every error. I would say continue to post these occurrences, because if enough people experience them, the root problem may get fixed, but individually...it might be a bit of a longshot to have it resolved. Sorry guys.

If you join a active group of players and tell them you lost your game and have to start over, I bet they would be more than happy to send you a flood of resources to get you up and running more quickly.
