I sent an email to the support mail address regarding the topic mentioned. I had to reinstall my OS on the PC And the MC .amk was lost. I sent the mail on Feb 18th 2018 and still haven't received an answer. Should I re-send the E-mail?
Or is the missing answer a hint that the mail address is wrong (I have 2 mail addresses where I have several premium purchases)

when i did get my purchase email after being it a second time once for my phone twice for my pc. wanted to worth it.
i kept the purchase email in a safe place.

I actually saved the mail as well but somehow aol sometimes delete them anyway.
