I can still log in at V1.21, but when it upgrades to version V1.22, when I try to enter my save file it says "This server has rejected your login credential. Please make sure you are using a valid copy licensed of the game". So it means that My Colony is not free anymore?

There is an action that I perform when in v1.11 is:
- I change my colony name, save & exit the file, and after that, I didn't log in until v1.22 is updated. and then the error appears.

I can still create a new colony and play it, but the previous save cannot play anymore

This error usually means that the my Colony definition file on your device is different than what is on the server (like it thinks you are using modded game data)

Which edition of the game are you on? (Web, windows, steam, etc)?

My Game edition is played on Ape App launcher D:\Application\ape-apps-launcher-win32-x64-2.1.1
I play my colony on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit ( 10.0, Build 17763 ).

I just try again today but no go, while I looking at the backup file, I see that it is just 0KB, I try delete and backup the again file and it is still 0KB, maybe this is the issue that it can not load the colony?

This is my file, in this, it still says having some couple of hundred KiB

New Updated: I try to create a new colony, and it works the first time, but when I exit the game and try to load back into my new colony, the same issue "rejected login credential" appears again.
