Now we need even more Artifact production

We could have the Artifact Factory, which produces Artifacts at a much larger scale from research, money, and some civics.

I don't think we need better artifact production structures at this point, just optimized excavation
ADPs are fairly cheap to produce once you get into the current endgame, even on artifacts
At this point, infinite multidigging would likely provide artifacts fast enough to satiate transcendence buildings
