I'm playing the ice world for LIS and I researched the solar power tech, but it didn't give me the solar panels.
I´m using the desktop shortcut for the chromebrowser version 0.43
Chrome Version 61.0.3163.79 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Solar panels aren't supposed to work on the ice map. The bug is that the tech shows up in the tree.
