Had to ban a few colonies today for posting invalid GBT trades that I would have missed if not for an email I got. Use this forum to report anything you see in the online game that may be inappropriate, be it hacked trades, abusive behavior, inappropriate names, etc. That way it is easy to find and deal with. Include as much information as you can.

Sure thing. I'll take screenshots and upload them to imgur then put a link to them here whenever i see one.
.
bastecklein are you able to look up them just to confirm? I'd hate to think a single screenshot would be enough evidence.

Really great idea.

Would limiting the number of offers a colony can post (server side), be possible as well?

Even something high(hundreds range) would help against people spamming thousands.

Yes, I would not ban a colony without first confirming.

As long as the trades are legit I don't see why there should be a limit. For some players, working the GBT all day is their main draw to the game.

Would help keep Hackers from flooding it. I trade alot myself, parts were unusable today there were so many 1 unit dummy offers. Kept scrolling and scrolling and scrolling...

Charter code: T0gtaz50 (Both 0 are zero). Join me, I am resource rich.

The hacks of the last couple of days will go a long way to help improving the GBT, so it's not all bad.

as ted talks....talked about.
hackers do expose weaknesses in any system that can then be patched up.
so in one way its bad but in another its good. :)

Eventually all online access will be tied to an Ape Apps Account and it will be a lot easier to manage.
