I don't know if it's a bug, but my Average Colonist Savings suddenly shot up to $24,000 while my Median Colonist Savings are staying in the vicinity of 100-120. There are also no retired colonists despite the spike.

Do you have a stargate by chance?
SO some may not know this but if you have a Star Gate and you play online, occasionally actual colonists in other Star Gate colonies will teleport from other players' games into your game. It is possible that some billionaire from another colony joined you through the Star Gate, and he could be so rich that he is skewing your average a lot.
If not, then idk what the deal is.
