nice can any one answer the question ? even my medium atmosphere plants show 5000 on the main stats window and when I click on the atmosphere icon in stats its self bring up the details window it shows 15,000
and if yo9u look at the two photos you can see the difference circled in both .

There is only ONE timed rate shown in 3 ways first the in game building timers .
second the main stats timer 3rd the detailed timer .
now I KNOW for a fact at time the detail timer and the stats timer will match .
because colonists sleeping effects it .
BUT the atmosphere plants are not employed so both should stay the same
