Demolish shouldn't kill colonists first.

When demolishing a path, I clicked and it killed a colonist instead of deleting the path. This should be inverted so that colonists are the last thing to be demolished.

Demolish should also be made better, so that you can click and hold, then drag to select an area to demolish all structures in (ignoring colonists unless here is nothing but colonists in the selection square).

I agree with all of this 100%. So many times my approval rating has dropped and I had no idea why until I realised I had bulldozed like 70 colonists replacing roads that don't have an auto-upgrade all button to aluminum roads (please make this a thing). Also being able to selection box and bulldoze would be an extremely useful feature for those micromanagement maps where you need to play a game called "bulldoze all the trees before this map becomes unplayable".

These need to become functions in the game sometime.

Bulldoze improvements would be very welcome, especially click and drag, buildings taking priority, and clicking a empty space not leaving bulldoze mode.
