Ancient Alien Steel Production

I got this idea from the chemical reactions between aluminum and iron.

IRL, aluminum can be used to extract iron from iron oxide(most of that makes up the ore) and produces a byproduct of aluminum oxide. Since Steel is made up mostly of iron, this can boost the production.

I'm not gonna bore you to death with all the technical details, (pm if you want to know more about the process) but the idea is that it uses a little Aluminum to make tons of Steel.

I think this will help late game when you need like 40k steel per building and you have like 50 building waiting to be build. Plus you can earn a lot of money by exporting.

heh, I have near 60ish Advanced Ore Refineries and only 10 Ore Fracking Operations and have sooo much surplus that I'm generally not hurting when I need to build several buildings at once. In fact, atm I'm maxed out on how much I can hold.... 4m+.

The biggest thing holding you back, is how many buildings you have of any one type and enough people to run them. Oh yeah, and how many bots you have for what you are building. My slowest builds right now are the ones that require the Extraterestrial Builder bots because I have so few of them right now compared to the others.

I have thought of making an ancient alien steel refinery, but I always just have so much steel in my colonies by the time ancient tech is unlocked, that i never saw the need for it.

yeah, steel refinerys might be op for early game, but because of that, we don't need a alien for endgame

this is what I had proposed during my survey on mineral refinery and if you add it would be possible to add it to the old technology alien manufacturing
