A bug regarding single city Alpha Draconian online colonies (without cloud sync), on mobile devices.
It’s the matter about these colonies have trouble with resource pool resets when it is logged on; and known from some experienced players, this bug exists until you have run that colony online for an hour (once).

You can help by EXPANDING IT.
I'll look. I think it's because they have no colonists at the beginning, and the server rejects updates from colonies with no colonists. I put that rule in there before Draconians existed, so I need to look at it.

In my first draconian region i have fund the same bug, in my new draconian region, with the colonists trick i don't have found the problem.
