Error creating a new region in 1.0.0 beta

Creating any new region in 1.0.0 beta in the latest beta version (today), in all game modes (online, offline, and creative) does not work.
So when I go through the usual process of creating a new colony : New colony, Game mode, Civilization, Planet Type, choose Region, and input colony name, nothing happens afterwards. The screen just goes back to the My Colony homepage. This same issue was reproduced by player Westy266 as well.
Creating a new single map works fine without issues. Loading a region which was made before 1.0.0 beta also works.

Strange, should be a 2-3 last day change, few days ago i have create a new creative map, for see all new Building.
But, in load game i have see strange data, like if i could direct open the single city inside a region.

@MizarAlcor Sorry, should be fixed now. It was only impacting map types that did not generate a river, and since I was testing out river generation, I didn't notice it!
