Bulldozer being turned off.
Using the bulldozer tool and it gets turned off if you do too many taps at once. May be the new lighting is interfering with it.

Not too many clicks at once but if you click on empty land it will automatically switched to build mode, when in fact you just missed by 1 tile.
This is annoying.. reddish shading in previous update is good enough to indicate bulldoze mode... and dont auto switch to build mode please..

I can disable that I guess. I added that in due to the amount of complaints I get about people accidentally bulldozing stuff

yes i completely understand that especially when bulldozing near expensive buildings (investment banks, arcologies).
not to mention bulldozing them means theres no returned resources unlike sell
then some of us would need to bulldoze tons of roads where we will really focus on clicking the road so auto switch thing becomes annoying.
for the best of both worlds, a toggle setting in engine settings is nice.
