Just a simple idea. set up a hyperloop station or bus stops so colonists won't have to walk as much. Could lower fatigue.
That's a good idea. You can set up a public transport system so fatigue is calculated by the amount of steps to the nearest public transport then the amount of steps away from a station on the transport line to any given job. Simple yet fixes so many problems and also creates a more lifelike simulation.

Buses and taxis aren't possible yet, unless they have actual stops. Hyperloops and monorails sound good.

Or have the transport line underground and to build it you place 2 things on the map and it will make a connection between them in a straid line an you will pay resources for every tile like 20 steel and 200 gold per tile.
