This is a good idea. I want to see the option to travel between colonys in Mc1, but I think the layers should be in Mc2!

Late stage Rover that is capable of doing all jobs of other rovers.
atmospheric regulator-tries to maintain preset level, that way the atm will not go too low or high.
Here are my suggestions:

Waterwheel for Rivers (minor power source)

Water pump (to replace water bots for river/pond water extraction)

Artificial Gravity chamber (could be for medical, could be for entertainment)

Road-bot (a bot that specializes in placing roads faster than other rovers)

Water treatment plant (produces water and trash)

Trampoline park (entertainment)

interstellar shuttle (move excess colonists between planets)
