Not being able to access building options

I opened my colony on apeapps, and clicked on a building only to figure out I cant access it because the options are placed too low on the screen. Playing online 1.10.0. (Also on mobile)

seems the building windows is placed outside the phone display. at least From the screenshots. |

Yea ansom is right here. From what I can see even the build options and chat options are far too low on my screen and they just disappear below it.
